A Workout Planning Specialist must remain true to themselves at all times and still be accountable for the well-being of the client. Often the Workout Planning Specialist cannot do what they want but what they must. STS, believes that a Workout Planning Specialist is true to themselves and their client whenever they correctly use documented exercise science to build progress into the clients Workout Plan.

What is the Workout Planning Specialist's number one objective? STS, believes that the Workout Planning Specialist's number one objective is to use exercise science to produce measurable results.
How does the Workout Planning Specialist fulfill their responsibility and objective? STS, believes that the Workout Planning Specialist is fulfilling their responsibility and objective when they use scientific methods to frequently test the clients physical capacity and to upgrade the clients Workout Plan.
STS teaches and uses two progressive workout planning systems. Progressive Resistance for strengthening and building skeletal muscles and Progressive Aerobics for conditioning the heart muscle and reducing the Body Fat.
STS, believes that each individual's physical health can be measured by their muscle strength (ability to move weight/mass) and their cardiovascular conditioning (ability to move blood/oxygen). The Workout Planning Specialist's first objective is to return the client to a state of acceptable health (as defined by preventative medicine and exercise science) after which the client can choose to either continue to improve or to maintain their health.
STS is aware that much of the fitness knowledge you have already learned probably came to you in the form of separated, partial, and unconnected information. STS will, for the first time, put all the necessary knowledge together into an integrated exercise system. STS will teach you how to use and apply all of the concepts, guidelines, and principles of exercise science needed to create scientific Workout Plans that Optimize Safety and Results for the client regardless of their fitness capacity.
The tools you will need to successfully understand, use, and complete this course are a basic math calculator, a pencil, and some paper. It would also help to be open minded enough to accept that the laws of nature that apply to the physical universe also apply to fitness and exercise science. This means there are no secret fixes or amazing fitness contraptions that are going to transcend or change the physical laws of nature. Inevitably, except for supernatural phenomena and commercial advertisement fantasy, we must all come to grips with living in a reality based universe.
